ONRx app for iPhone and iPad

ONRx is a patient-centric mobile app removing the complexity of the virtual care options available. Patients can choose to connect with available licensed Canadian medical professionals and healthcare practitioners over the seamless and secure video call or schedule to an in-person visit to the doctors office to look at available open slots. ONRx is at present providing services in the province of Ontario. You must have a valid OHIP card for virtual medical consultation or can use any approved health insurance that covers the medical consult in the province of Ontario. The medical practitioner may charge any fee directly for services that aren’t covered by OHIP or by insurance.
Virtual visits are most appropriate for general health (non-emergency / life-threatening) issues such as:
- Allergies (Seasonal)
- Birth Control Prescriptions
- Cold & Flu
- Fever
- Infections
- Stomach Flu
- Prescription Renewals
- Mental Health (Anxiety)
- Other medical issues that DO NOT require personal doctor intervention to diagnose or treat immediately (for example, ear infection, cuts/bleeding, x-rays, etc.)
